Welcome to Springfield Cleaning Pros. By booking or receiving our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure safety, professionalism, and mutual respect between our clients and staff.
1. Scope of Service
All cleanings are performed according to the service tier confirmed in your booking: Standard, Deep, Move-In, Move-Out, Office, or Add-Ons.
Services include dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of accessible areas.
Additional or specialty tasks such as wall washing, heavy decluttering, trash removal, pet stains, or interior appliances are available as add-ons at an additional rate.
Springfield Cleaning Pros does not provide:
• Biohazard cleanup such as feces, urine, blood, needles, vomit, mold, pest infestations, or animal waste.
• Construction debris removal or post-remodel cleanup without a separate quote.
• Cleaning of unsecured items, fragile decor, or hazardous materials.
2. Access and Environment
Clients must provide safe and uninterrupted access to the property for the full scheduled service period.
Unsafe or unsanitary environments such as active indoor smoking, leaking plumbing, open flames, pest infestations, or the presence of bodily waste may result in immediate cancellation.
Our team may leave the property if conditions are unsafe. The client will still be billed for time spent on-site.
If access is denied, delayed, or the property is not ready at the scheduled time, a 69 dollar inconvenience fee applies.
3. Clutter and Preparation
Clients must clear clutter and personal items from all surfaces to be cleaned. This includes clothing, toys, books, dishes, and personal belongings.
For safety and privacy, we do not clean inside medicine cabinets, safes, or personal drawers containing valuables or medications. Medicines must be stored away prior to service.
Decluttering assistance is available at 29 dollars per room if booked in advance. Heavy clutter or hoarding conditions require a separate quote.
If clutter or personal belongings prevent safe cleaning, only accessible areas will be cleaned and this will be noted in the completion report.
3A. Medicines, Substances, Alcohol, and Hazardous Items
To protect the safety of our staff, Springfield Cleaning Pros does not pick up, move, touch, or clean around the following items:
Medicines and Substances:
• Prescription medications
• Over-the-counter medications
• Supplements
• THC or CBD products
• Gummies, edibles, tinctures, oils, drinkables, powders
• Labeled or unlabeled medicine containers
• Loose pills, spilled substances, or residue
• Gloved or ungloved pills or treatments
Alcohol and Smoking Products:
• Open alcohol bottles
• Mixed drinks or partially consumed beverages
• Liquor bottles that are open
• Vape pens, cartridges, e-cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars, ashes, or related materials
If these items are present, cleaners will safely clean around them only if possible. Areas deemed unsafe will not be cleaned.
If the home contains hazardous, questionable, or unsafe substances, a 79 dollar hazard fee will be applied. The appointment will end immediately and will be marked as completed.
No re-clean, no courtesy return, no adjustments, no partial credits, and no refunds will be offered for any appointment affected by unsafe items.
All sales remain final.
Clients are responsible for preparing the home for service. If decluttering or organizing is required, it must be requested in advance. Clients must disclose the condition of the home, including buildup levels, clutter, spills, and hazards, before the appointment.
Failure to disclose may result in partial completion, a hazard fee, and refusal of future service.
Cleaners may leave immediately if a situation is unsafe. Full payment remains due.
4. Time Tracking and Billing
Crew members clock in and out on-site through a GPS-verified app.
Billing is based on actual hours worked unless a flat rate was quoted.
Invoices are sent electronically the day service is completed and must be paid before or at the time of service.
5. Accepted Payments
We accept electronic payments only through the invoice link provided. We do not accept:
• Cash
• Personal or certified checks
• Money orders
• Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or similar services
Unauthorized or fraudulent payment attempts may result in service cancellation and may be reported.
6. Communication and Conduct
We value kindness and professionalism. Harassment, threats, disrespect, or aggressive behavior toward staff may result in immediate termination of service.
This includes repeated or hostile messages, intimidation, yelling, inappropriate comments, fraud attempts, or any conduct that makes staff feel unsafe.
Our staff is instructed to disengage and notify management if they feel threatened.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may incur a 79 dollar fee.
Springfield Cleaning Pros reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service due to illness, weather conditions, or unsafe site conditions.
8. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
All sales are final once services have been rendered. No refunds are given under any circumstance.
If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area if the location is safe.
A safe location means no threats, no yelling, no smoke, no odors, and no contamination such as extreme pet hair or waste.
If the property cannot be safely revisited, a discounted rate or service coupon may be offered for a different location under the same name.
All work is documented with before-and-after photos and timestamps and is considered official record.
9. Liability and Damages
In the rare event of accidental damage, report it within 24 hours.
Springfield Cleaning Pros carries liability insurance for verified damages caused directly by staff.
We are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing wear
• Unstable fixtures or improperly sealed surfaces
• Undisclosed fragile or irreplaceable items
Please store fragile or sentimental items before service.
10. Pets and Home Access
Pets must be secured during service.
We do not clean pet waste or litter areas.
If a pet prevents safe cleaning, service may be paused or canceled.
Clients who will not be home must provide proper access instructions such as a lockbox code or key.
11. Promotions, Discounts, and Contests
Only one discount code may be used per booking.
Codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
Contest entries apply only to completed and paid services within the promotional period.
12. Privacy and Security
Your privacy matters. We never photograph identifiable elements/rooms at the properties we serve, or share client's private information unless requested by the authorities.
Client-installed cameras remain your property. Active cameras must be disclosed before service.
13. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service
We may refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, harassment, non-payment, misuse of discounts, or fraudulent activity.
If cleaners determine the environment to be unsafe, they will leave immediately.
The client will be billed for time on-site.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Missouri law and disputes shall be resolved in Greene County.
