We use a tier-based system that is tied to your property size and how often guests stay. Your rate is based on square footage tiers for Small, Medium, Large, XL, or Custom STRs. On top of that, you choose a package: Starter, Essentials, Premium, or Elite. Our STR Pricing Calculator on this page helps you estimate your price per turnover and monthly cost before you book.

3. What is included in an Airbnb Turnover Cleaning™?
Each turnover reset includes kitchen and bathroom refresh, trash removal within limits, floor care, surface wiping, bed and towel reset, basic staging, and a guest-ready presentation. Higher packages can include laundry, detailed staging, mini inspections, photo documentation, maintenance visits, and monthly wellness checks so your listing stays consistently five-star ready.

4. Do I need a deep clean before starting recurring turnovers?
Yes. For best results and fair pricing, we require an initial deep cleaning or a recent deep clean that meets our baseline. This ensures your property is free of built-up grime, heavy soap scum, and long-term buildup before we move into fast, efficient turnover mode. If your unit has not had a deep clean in a while, we can schedule that first.

5. Can you work with remote or out-of-state hosts and investors?
Yes. Many of our Airbnb and STR clients are remote owners or out-of-state investors. We provide photo confirmations, written notes, inspection checklists, and clear communication so you know exactly what is happening in your property. Packages like Premium and Elite are designed to give remote owners hands-off, high-accountability support.

6. Do you offer laundry, staging, and inspection services for STR properties?
Yes. Depending on the package you choose, we can handle laundry for linens and towels, hotel-style staging, seasonal décor, mini inspections after each stay, and monthly wellness checks. We can also provide damage notes, simple maintenance resets, and documentation that helps you reduce guest complaints and protect your investment.

7. How far in advance should I book turnovers and what happens during busy weekends?
For predictable reservations, we recommend booking your STR services as soon as your calendar fills. During peak weekends and holidays, Elite and Premium clients receive priority scheduling. We always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings for active hosts, but advance notice gives you the most reliable coverage.
