Guest-Ready Presentation: Straightened decor, fluffed pillows, clean mirrors, fresh-smelling rooms, and tidy arrangements. Kitchen and Bathroom Care: Surface cleaning, sink refresh, appliance fronts, toilets, countertops, and light wipe-downs that maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Floors: Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping to remove everyday dust, dirt, and foot traffic. Light Inventory Check: Noting when items run low, such as paper goods, soaps, and trash bags, based on your direction. Trash and Reset: Trash removal, new liners, and a clean start for the next arrival. Our Airbnb and rental cleaning is meant for maintenance between guests. It keeps your property looking clean and inviting. If a previous stay left behind heavy mess, long-term buildup, or deep cleaning needs, we can take care of that as well, although it may require an additional deep cleaning session. Customer Agreement Summary When you book a cleaning with Springfield Cleaning Pros, you agree to the terms that keep our work safe, professional, and consistent for every client. Our team provides the service level confirmed in your booking (Standard, Deep, Move-In/Out, Office, or Add-On). We bring all supplies and care for your space as if it were our own. To help us serve you efficiently: Please clear surfaces of clutter, personal items, and medicines before we arrive. For safety, we cannot clean in unsafe or unsanitary conditions (including smoking, vaping, animal waste, or aggressive behavior). We do not handle biohazards, valuables, or enter medicine cabinets. We are insured and bonded, and every service is documented with before-and-after reports verified by our Quality Assurance team. Payment is due through the secure electronic invoice sent to your email. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. Any fraudulent or threatening communication toward staff will end service and may be referred to authorities. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We’ll gladly return to re-clean any missed area if the location is safe, or we can provide a discounted rate or service coupon for another property owned by you. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our full Terms & Conditions and understand that all sales are final once services are rendered.
